Without a doubt, this is one of the best recipes I’ve ever made. I guarantee you’ll get positive remarks and, if you’re like my wife, constant requests for it to be made again.
The chocolate ganache is super easy and brings everything together. The graham cracker/custard combination give it an almost tiramisu-like quality. Very “eatable” and not too heavy (considering one guest ate 3 pieces in one sitting!).
